Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carriers, or weather.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

JAPANESE ARCHIVED is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need help, contact us at shopifyarchived@outlook.com

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Thank you for supporting JAPANESE ARCHIVED. Some of our pieces are released as pre-order to maintain quality, limited production, and premium standards. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is produced and shipped. This guarantees your item from a limited production run.

Production & Processing Time

Pre-order items require extended production time. Orders may take approximately 4–6+ weeks (or longer) to be completed and shipped. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping Time

Shipping times shown at checkout begin only after your order has shipped, not from the date you placed your order.

Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing and production timelines

  • Material availability

  • Quality control processes

  • Shipping carrier or customs delays

Cancellations & Changes

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Refunds & Exchanges

All pre-orders follow our No Refund Policy unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
